- Updates: WordPress typically rolls out major updates throughout the year, along with minor updates as needed. There are also updates for themes and plugins, which are much less predictable. It is important to keep all of this updated to avoid any malfunctions in the site or security breaches. Our team will monitor this and apply all necessary updates. We can provide a report each month upon request.
- Backups: WordPress websites should have a backup plan. We make sure your site’s database and site files are backed up once a day at a minimum.
- Security: Monitoring security and ensuring full recovery is a big task. We offer security, monitoring, updates and more to stay proactive with keeping your sites safe.
- Uptime Monitoring: We will monitor your website 24/7 to alert us of any downtime so we can address.
- Dedicated Hosting: Website hosting is included with all WordPress Support & Maintenance plans. We have developed our very own platform called Convesio.com.
- Support Services: 24 Hour Response time for any website issues covered in maintenance plan.
- Content Update: One 30 minute or less content update per month.
- Bonus: Discounted Web Design & Development Rate for Website Modifications ($45 per hour).
